a friend wanted to know what these were
not sure myself- i think that is what she wanted to know maybe it is timber bells – but it is suppose to help balance something in the chakras==can anyone help?
I don’t recommend messing around with chakras because each chakra is linked toth the glands of the endocrine system.
If you mess your endocrine system up; you can really mess up your life.

Chakra balancing can best be done under guidance and training from an expert ‘guru’! Reiki, Pranic, or general Yoga will give the start, for further follow up! Timber bells could be used, or specialist music or chanting!
