troy plays live crystal bowls for our meditation group every saturday night (except the first saturday of each month. he also plays multiple flutes, an 18-inch wind gong and smaller gong, multiple chakra chimes, tibetan bells, and tibetan bowls. he alternates between the 18-inch heart chakra crystal bowl, 22-inch crown chakra crystal bowl, and 22-inch root chakra crystal bowl. in this video he is playing only the root chakra bowl in his unique style.

@sheriffofsw7 – I honestly have no idea. Some would say yes, some would say no. I do know it’s not as intense as sitting in the room with them. It’s still a tone though and the bowls are still played with love. Do you feel you had an experience?
