@jKRAMER001 wonderful! it seems the color meditation aspect is a stepping stone and starting path to unearth the feeling of the energy. i do agree stimulating the energetical feeling of the energy flowing through us have gone beyond the benefits of visualizing the colors itself. heart, mind, and soul, thanks brother.

When I first …
When I first started meditating I focused on the individual seven chakras and their colors, but now I do Head, Heart, Belly, and balance the energy between these three centers. I don’t even focus on colors anymore, it’s more feeling now. I think it’s just what works best for each person.
