Our real essence as Light-Beings is Unconditional Love and this State of Conciousness is free from Polarity .

How do we finde our way back to Unconditional-Love ?

Its Simple !

Go to your inner men or inner world .
Sit Straight , close your eyes go with your attention and emotions to your heart center its in the middle of your Chest next to your Humen Heart .

Say loud or in your thoughts: I want to go in resonance
with the Unconditional-Love my Real Identity Light-Being Conciousness.

Stay with your attention and feeling in your Heart-Center
and Breath there in and out .
Allowe the Unconditional-Love to open and expand your Heart and ask the Holy Spirit and Jesus Christ to take control over your Thoughts , Feelings and Breath .

Do this exercise every day and you will feel how unconditional love will grow inside of you !

You can compare it with an Athlet that works out his muscle and body to grow in phisical strength.
Same you have to learn with disziplin and practice your Spiritual Mind Strength and Unconditional-Love strength .

After finnishing your Daily Meditation exercise ask
the Holy Spirit and Jesus Christ to Cover and Protect
your whole spiritual and phisical body with a white golden Light-Bowle with an radius of 5 meters starting from the Center of your Heart .

Let me ask you a question :

If all people are looking for Love and Affection
who is willing to give Unconditional Love ?

Humen Love mostly isn’t Unconditional Love at all !

Don’t look any further in the outer world because you wont find the Love Paradise out there, you have to be The Love and Radiat it from your inner World to the outside World.
What also helps you to connect with Unconditional Love is
if you look at Mother Nature everthing grows from the inside to the outside . But You are more than Nature you can connect with Unconditional-Love to the whole Univers because the infinet Universe is inside You .
